The Service of Remembrance has always been an important part of the school calendar at BMS, where we remember not only those who have lost their lives, but also for whom conflict has an ongoing effect.
OBM Club President, Tony Wildman (1960-67) took part in this year's parade on Friday 10 November, laying a wreath on behalf of the OBM Club, whilst BMS students watched a Remembrance Assembly Video led by Acting Head Mr Andrew Whomsley.
Tony writes “I was honoured to attend this year’s School Remembrance Service and to lay the wreath on behalf of the OBM Club. It was good to join the school community in a fitting and moving service to pay our respects to those that have served, many of whom made the ultimate sacrifice, their families and also to those currently in service."
